Air Conditioning System - SPRING Service
Heating System - FALL Service


Preventive Maintenance Checklist


Inspect and clean blower assembly (includes blower housing, blower wheel and motor).
Lubricate motor and inspect and replace fan belt, if needed.
Inspect evaporator coil, drain pan and condensate drain lines.  Clean as needed.
Clean or replace filters.
Inspect control box, associate controls, wiring and connections.
Inspect conditioned airflow system (ductwork). Check for leaks.
Check refrigerant charge.
Check compressor operation.


*** All HVAC Service Technicians are EPA certified and trained to perform proper system maintenance.


*** Any unfavorable conditions or potential problems will be noted and the HVAC Service Technician will discuss any recommendations for corrective measures with the customer.
